And it's finally done xD. My lame attempt to draw the legendary Sailor Cosmos from Sailor Moon.
This took about...3 days. I drew the outline in Manga Studio with my fingertip alone. The colouring I did with my graphics tablet however. I kinda like how it turned out and comments are welcome

this drawing is very lovely, i really like the pose you choose and her skintone. you altered her skirt also, that's so nice 
the one thing which disturbs me a little is her cloak- shoudn't it start on her right shoulder? *sorry for my english, hope you'll understand me ^^'*
